First Mate - Given by the Captain of the crew. Not me or anyone else has a word in this decision.

Captaincy - This promotion is only from First Mate, meaning that you must be First Mate before being promoted to Captain. Also this promotion is refered only by your current Captain. I believe Captaincy should be earned.

(for Captains) If the member is part of your crew, deal with him/her as this member is your responsibility. Demotions will happen when someone is reported to me. The process will be as follows;

Step #1- A Warning:
An In-game email or message in forums, will be sent to the individual.

Step #2- Demotion:
Demotion of current Rank or if its Captain, down to First Mate.

Step #3- Removal
Individual will be removed from faction.
