Please read carefully as this involves all of us.
Demotions will happen when someone is reported to me. The process will be as follows;
Step #1- A Warning:
An In-game email or message in forums, will be sent to the individual.
Step #2- Demotion:
Demotion of current Rank or if its Captain, down to First Mate.
Step #3- Removal
Individual will be removed from faction.
I hope this never has to happen to any of us, new or old members, but i believe that this is needed in some way.
Let me point out that if the individual causing problems in our faction is a crew member, The captain will be informed about it, and he/she must deal with the individual. If the individual continues causing problems, the whole crew will be demoted.
